When will my food be delivered?If you choose to have you meal package(s) delivered shortly after giving birth, please have someone contact me as soon as possible after you give birth. From there I will begin to make each meal fresh that day. Or your meal package(s) will be delivered by agreed upon date between you and your postpartum doula.

What will the food come packaged in?All liquid items will be in glass mason jars, and other food items in either decompostable or receyble containers. All items are then sent to your home in a Bia Don Dia cooler bag with ice packs.

How should I store my food?Each delivery will come with specfic sotrage insturctions. Perishable food must be kept in a fridge or freezer if you like, and non perishable may be kept in a dark place at room temp.

How should I re-heat my food?We recommend using a stove top or oven when reheating your food. Microwaves can kill nutrients & also dry out the food. For optimal health we also recommend using stainless steel, ceramic, or glass to re-heat your food in. Other materials contain harmful chemicals that may seep into your food.

Will my package be safe?Once Bia Don Dia has delivered your package(s), you will receive a text message notification & picture of where the package was left. Bia Don Dia is not responsible for food spoilage, damage, or stolen items after delivery.

Do you cater to allergeies?Bia Don Dia cater for severe allergy cases only at this time. Please notify me in our intial meeting about your allergies and we can work to best serve you. All the ingredients are organic, non-GMO, and gluten free. In meals where soy, dairy or peanuts are present it will be clearly stated.

Where do you source your ingredients?The majority of the produce is sourced from local California farms. Always organic & non-GMO.
